Zen Fitness & Leisure Club is Athlone’s friendliest and number one choice of fitness centre in the Midlands according to its members. Zen Fitness & Leisure Club in Athlone offers a fantastic 20 metre indoor swimming pool which has private lanes for keen swimmers and also features a more relaxing space for casual swimmers. Our indoor swimming pool also boasts a child swimming space where our dedicated children’s fully qualified swimming teachers (STA) are available to talk to parents about swimming lessons at any time.

Our fully equipped gym boasts some amazing equipment and has a fantastic weights and cardio centre. Each treadmill, bike and cross trainer has a personalised TV to keep you entertained throughout your workout. Brian, Zen Fitness & Leisure Centre’s manager, also a popular personal trainer is always on hand to put a fitness programme together for you.

Zen Fitness & Leisure Centre’s class timetable is a firm favourite with both members and non members. Classes are now available to members and non members (at a nominal fee). Booking in advance is essential for all classes and so is our ‘pay as you go‘ classes which are very popular. Complmentary ground level car parking adjacent to the leisure center is available to all who attend Zen Fitness & Leisure Club and classes.

Membership to Zen Fitness & Leisure Club in Athlone is available with membership starting from only €55 per month. We are currently welcoming new members abd if you are interested in joining, come along and take a tour of our facilities, there are excellent discounts and superb benefits available with your membership, this includes special discounts in the Athlone Springs Hotel also.

CHILD PROTECTION

The management and staff of Zen Health & Leisure ensure that everything possible is done to ensure a safe environment for children who use our facility.

We believe that every child has at all times and in all situations a right to feel safe and protected from any situation or practice that results in a child being physically or psychologically undermined.

CHILD ADMISSION

All children under  the age of 16 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (over 18). Children are under Guardians care while in the facility. For Health & Safety reasons persons under the age of 16 are not permitted to use our Gym, Steam Room, Sauna or Jacuzzi.
