Zen Fitness is still Athlone’s best fitness centre in the midlands according to its members. Zen Fitness offers a fantastic 20 metre swimming pool which has private lanes for keen swimmers and also has a more relaxing space for the casual swimmer.
The pool also has a great child swimming space and James the children’s swimming instructor is available to talk to parents about swimming lessons any time.
